New association (FYI kudos for changing replay mode to allow drafting of real players). Computer leading 5-3 bottom of 8th with runner on 2nd. Computer had 2 PH. Let pitcher bat only to replace at top of 9th with closer.

Hmm -- a conservative move, for sure, in case the closer blew the save opportunity. Keeps the pinch-hitters available if an extra-inning situation arose. Did the AI win the game? If so, then it's a moot point.

There were multiple pinch hitters available. Although the computer did win, it is still an AI glitch.

Another poor move. Computer down 6-2 bottom of sixth. First runner on. Best hitter in league (Manny Ramirez) is up. I was prepared to intentionally walk Manny. Computer pinch hit for Manny. Batter out. Inning ended with computer scoring 3 and leaving runners on 1st and 2nd.
