Well, we have decided to start another game with me as the south this time. Due to the beating i've taken in the other game I am more then willing to dish some of that out myself.

Well, lets start off with the generals i have avairable to me and they seem much better then what was given to me as the union player.

As you guessed I will put Lee as the commander of the AnV and promote him to 4 starts. The other general I plan to promote to 4 stars will be T.J. Jackson and send him out west.

Here's the governors we all start off with.  Looks like Brown down in Georgia will cause me some trouble in the near future, which is especially troubling since I will be turning it into my main iron production center at Augusta.

I hope Jon has fun with Hicks and Button up north since they caused me no end of grief in my game.

I plan to start my diplomacy spending slowly and try to keep the support I have right now so I can save my gold for other buildings that I will be needing to build and upgrading my troops.

Lets start talking about the troops way out west.

I know from my last game that I need to move these birgades south fast.  I move them all into Arkansas hopeing they are not caught by the union forces stationed in Rollen.

The division in Arkansas will head west to the mississippi river incase the union starts siegeing my forts there.

In the Kentucky area I reorganized the ANV and sent the best empty corps container I had to Tennessee which will be filled.

I also took the legendary brigades from the ANV and sent them to fill this new corps container since the west is much more likely to see action then the east is.

Also I took five Calvary brigades from the ANV and formed a Calvary division that is being led by Jackson at the moment.  I hope Jackson can teach the division something before I pull him off and give him command of the new corps.  Van Dorn will lead the calvary division and I will send it out west to capture random territory and hopefully draw some union forces away from Kentucky.

The rest of the divisions retreated out of Kentucky, with major luck it will join my side but if it dose not I want those horses out of union hands for as long as possible.

I put another brigade in Fort Hennery and abandoned the two smaller forts on the Mississippi river moving the brigades into the two larger forts.

In the east, I moved the two divisions form Franklin and Kenawha into Parkersburg with the hope of catching the two union division there.  I suspect they will retreat into ohio with the intent of taking my undefended city as a easy prize.  If they want it they will have to pay for it.

These two divisions were the only divisions that had low supply level, I changed everyone other division to no supply to save money and I don’t suspect any other units to engage in a fight before winter.

In the picture you can also see that I am impressing and conscripting in Wheeling.  I figure that if I am going to lose the city anyway I might as well try to get what I can from it before I lose it.  And who knows, maybe the unit I conscript can garrison the city before the union takes it.

I send the entire ANV over into Rappahannock and will siege the union fort from my territory since Rappahannock will not produce gold while the fort is there.

I'm limited to what i can build this turn due to a lack of labor and gold but i chose to build a Laboratory in Milledgeville and a Mine in Augusta.

My runners were sent to get 20H at 70/20 and 20H at 60/10.  These were the best options to chose and will help me get a jump start on more raider production.

Raiders for the turn were set to destroy supplies at 27s 60/28 and partisans were sent to destroy railroad at 39RR at 85/23, way to good to pass up.

And no surprise i promote Lee.

Thus ends my turn.  Lets all hope Shootme can preform better this game then i have shown in the last one.

Just to prove I'm not a bad player at wargames if any are intrested or have the combat mission games from Battlefront, hit me up for a game in that.  With 5 years experience in that game I think i can give you a run for your money

Yiipppi, we win a battle.

Conscription is also a success in East Ohio River so I may be able to get Wheeling garassioned before the union can get there.

I only got 1 of the 3 Impressment attampts which results in 40 money which will help out this turn.

I get some supplies with my raiders but my rail road sabotage has failed.

Disease hits the Tenn. Mississipppi River and the garrison's take a hit.

Jackason teaches something to the calary units like i hopped.

lastly my runners end up with 20 labor, i guess they dint quite make it to the horses last turn. This turn i move them to the horses again 20H 70/20, 20H 60/10

I also started construction of another mine and manson in Augusta, another Laboratoy and a hospital in Virgrina to fight off disease, and a mint.

This had me worried for awhile.  My 2 divisons in Parkersburg were in danger of being cut off and out of supply by his division if he managed to take Kenawha and with winter next turn it is unlikly i would be able to move my divisions out of danger.  There's also the possiability that the union army over by kentucky will enter kenawha and try to anbush me.  So i play it save and retreat my divisions over to Grafton satasifed that i have given time for my conscripted unit to take wheeling.

In the west some of my units dint quite make it to where i wanted them to end up, so i will move them again and hope they get to where they need to be for winter.

My siege is coming along much better they I had hoped for. I killed about half the garrison for fewer loses myself, very impressive. I will keep them on normal siege type since it is working so well at the moment.

You will notice that I disbanded some forts. Those are generally the weaker forts in the territories and only if that territory has more then one fort in it. I am moving those garrisons north to fill two empty division containers I am sending with the corps container to Tennessee. Since winter movement rules are in effect I will have to wait a couple turns.

The two divisions in Virginia were met in battle by what looks like the divisions they fought before as well as they entire Army Jon had in Kentucky and as I figured they moved over to cut my supplies for the attacking divisions.

Partisans were successful at destroying supplies but were destroyed themselves.

My support for England and Europe remains the same at 2 but my support from France went down to 1 so I will increase spending to two for each European member.

My runners came through for me and were successful in picking up 40 horses which will really help in my next turn. In addition England has sent me 14 gold as a small gift.

For this turn I have started construction of another Laboratory, mint and another hospital in Virginia since I am pretty scared of what diseases can do to my army. Also a camp was constructed to increase replacement raid. I sent my runners to pick up 35weapons and 50weapons and my raider unit was sent to destroy more supplies. I have a raider unit that will be finishing next turn to compensate for the loss of the partisans.

Fort Henry was upgraded with rifle pits and abatis to help it hold out against any union siege.

No movement in the Kentucky area so my raiders stay where they are and will attempt to destroy more supplies in his army.

The division in Arkansas did not quite make it to the mississippi river so will have to spend the winter where they ended.

My support from France is now at 0. I will increase my spending to try and raise there support as well as the support of both England and Europe.

Grafton was hit by a disease which dose not appear to be to bad. I have sent the two divisions in Grafton as the only division on low supply level, everyone other division is on no supply.

Another Hospital finished in Virginia bringing the hospitial support for the area up to 4.

I started construction of another Laboratory which means I have 4 Laboratory's under construction right now, however only one is where a university is, however I do not believe that is a huge problem. I would have liked the laboratory's to be there but I can not afford to spend the time or money on a mansion just for that reason. They are being built in Savanha which is home to two war colleges already and if need be i can build a university there.

I also built another mint, mine and barracks which will allow me to build corps containers.

The current location of our forces. Nothing has changed with winter in full force. I am however a little concerned about my division in west Virginia. The union army that has come up from Kentucky is very close so i've given that division mini's to defend incase Jon tries anything.
