Do they work? Because I do not see any difference between units build in cities with training grounds and units built at other locations. And shouldn�t it be a little bit more effect then 0.1 per training ground, or are we supposed to build 10+ in the same city in order to train troops before combat?

I was surprised there was no real way to increase the training of units already in a province. In fact, that was what I thought "training grounds" would do. It's not like newly mustered brigades sat around at home training, did they? So why have "trianing grounds' in ever single city that might produce units, rather than having them in some centralized location where the troops are going to be at?
