When looking at the game in full screen at 1024 x 768 and above, the zoom buttons become distorted with color pixelations and the video is horribly blurry and pixelated. Is this normal?

128MB in 3D video card, GeForce FX 5500. Pentium 4 3.1GB. 1GB RAM.

Any advice?

Bob,

I run a Nvidia 6600GT 128MB vid card myself, with AMD 3200+ processor and 2GB RAM, and haven't had any issues with what you describe until I attempted to take a screen shot of my display.

I would be interested if you could confirm that what your seeing resembles the screenie I've uploaded. This only occurs when I view the screen shot, not in game.

Driver Version: 6.14.10.9371
Driver Date:22/10/2006

I'll check if there's a new driver and try that out and maybe even roll the present one back and see what happens.

yeah I get the same thing.However it only appears after about 2 mins of running and then remains. I have harpoon installed on my laptop and this problem seemed to only occur after I updated my drivers.

Well, this happens to me also, but is not what I was talking about. I have found out that the screen shot you sent happens when I play in full screen mode (which I find preferable). They certainly have a problem with full-screen mode that needs to be addressed with color.

What I was talking about was the videos just being barely recognizable as an image at all. Some are all dark red, etc... Maybe that only happens in full screen mode, too. I will see. Trying 3.7.3 now and having other problems, so I haven't even got to the vids yet!
