Just nice New Year's. My power supply (or whatever it's called in English) to my PC exploded. Had to pull out my old PC and I don't have WitP installed on that old machine. No WitP for me for atleast two days... :(

Well, you could either install it on your old machine, or rip the power supply out of the old machine and put it in your new machine...

Course, if something MADE the power supply go kablooie - you could be out TWO running machines...

Sure - any number of things could go wrong with them... but this reminds me of the story that a couple of mechanics told - they thought something was wrong on the computer chip for a car, and they happened to have another identical car in the shop, so they thought they'd swap the chips to make sure that was the problem... and it turned out something had fried the chip on the first car, and it also fried the chip from the second car, so they were out big $$$ to replace the chip - and had an angry customer to boot...
