While taking a close look at my current association to find more arguments for letting the AI cheat I noticed what seems to be a pretty big bug in the draft AI. Here is my league setup: 40 teams, started 1900, current year 1921, seeded real players, player imported early, no finances The problem: AI teams do not draft pitchers. Of 18 all star pitchers this season 8 were drafted by my team, one was drafted in the initial draft, the rest were in-season signings. Checking this years draft, the 39 AI teams drafted a total of 2 pitchers. Of the 9 pitchers on the post-season roster of the champion 8 were in-season signings and one was a leftover from the initial draft. As a result every year I picked up all the best pitchers, giving me a huge advantage. On a side not, some of the pitchers have call-ups on their player card before they even were signed for the first time, eg 1911 called up by team A, 1912 in-season signing by team B. There are no stats for 1911, so no idea where the call-up comes from.
