I was planning on holding off building a large historic Omaha beach scenarios ontill version 3 came out but with what looks to be a few more weeks of delays on that, I was wondering if I starded on something like this would I have any problems upgradeing it to version 3. I would not want to start something like this and then run into all kinds of problems when version 3 comes out.

I'm sure your map will be ok for v3... I hope the rest is ok too, cause I have a whole host of 800 unit 100x200 scenarios... Tomo

Your map should be fine. There will be a lot of changes, including numerous new terrain features but no worries, at least so far. In fact, I haven't really seen a problem with 3.0 and past scenarios except desert ones and Michael is looking at that one. You beat me to it! I'm looking forward to it. Read about the new tarrain features, hopeing to add some of them to the map so that the tanks of the first assault wave can only exit the beach useing the 4 heavyly guarded exits like it was hictoricly. I till you do its the hardes scenario I have ever worked on. Getting the boat teams of the assault waves right and includeing all of equipment they used is proving to be hard in the context of the game and getting all of the equipment in the right place on the map is proving to be hard to. Time wise im hopeing to cover from when the fist assault wave landing to just after the secound assault wave landed.
