I could have posted in that discussion about several equipment issues the RAF have had in the short time I've been in. The VC-10 will remain in RAF service until at least 2014 as the new tankers have been delayed again. IIRC this time it was a delay over the funding and who was paying for what

i've learned from hard experience to stay out of discussions like that, esp. when people start in with attacks on the poster.

Sounds like you might have come to a similar conclusion. Still, it might have been fun (if you had posted) to see you being accused as a "commie"...

OK - in the "Great Backup and Attempt to Save My Computer" which finished about 10 days ago... one of the last things i did was to remove WITP...

The computer is now fixed, and i need to reinstall it... i have WITP 1.0 (iirc) on disk... what would be the best path to bring me up to current 1.804 version??

One thing i've noticed - i always get a crash of the WITP removal program (on several different computers now) - i usually get a message of "Abnormal Program Termination" and find i have bunches of stuff left in the MATRIX GAMES folder...
