What is it about becoming a public corporation that makes people go evil?

Well, Google has the corporate slogan "Don't Be Evil" - i guess once it got big enough, that fell by the wayside...

After all, Corporations (under US law) are "immortal" entities (not dying from natural causes, but you can kill them), and they pretty much lack souls... i think they call the soulless immortal entities "litches" under other circumstances...

Well, i don't count the paperwork and other things i have to do at home... that would probably bring me about the same number of hours as you...

That sucks.  I don't bring paperwork home (usually confidential stuff anyway).  I just get stupid phone calls at 3 am.

Bruce, faber, you guys do any thinking about how we're going to beat our infamous opponents to a pulp?  How about even who's going to do what?

Yes Faber and I talked about that but we did not feel right going too far wothout you. So we decided to wait until today.

I have something to do and will be back on line in about an hour

Ah-ha! It is actually spelled lich. Keeps its soul separate from its body so it can't die.

There are alternate spellings... "litch" is sometimes a dead body, keep that in mind next time you go through a town called "Litchfield" (i.e. "graveyard").

Weekend tithe

How goes the bad guy catching business?

I just heard bac from the hand specialist today and it looks like I will be out of the bad guy catching business for a few weeks. The reason my hand still hurts is because I broke something called a hamate bone. The break never heals causes a rough edge that cuts through the tendon and nerves over time if the bone is not removed. So, it looks like I am going to need surgery and will be sidelined for 2-4 weeks. The good news is that it is my left hand and I use the mouse with my right. I am looking forward to some serious WiTP time if I am not too drugged up from the surgery. Bad thing for me is that I have a high tolerence to pain killers and a very low (sissy-like) tolernce to pain.

Anyone know a good (and by good I mean work wise, I don't care if he is souless) liability lawyer in NJ? I want to sue the guy that I chased and caused al this aggravation.

Sorry that you are still having this problem...

i thought the lowlife was broke (from your earlier posts) - would it be worth it to sue him? Even lawyers on "contigency" will ask for money up front (usually) to "research whether it is worth it or not for them to take the case" (their wording, not mine...)

He is a poor starving college student but I am sure Mommy and daddy have money. If not I will just go for future earnings. 10K would ease my pain.

Not sure what NJ law is... but it may he is a dependent, i think you can pick on the parents. You can almost definitely do that if he is an unemancipated minor.
