Is it possible to make some ammo carriers in this game to be armored. Like some hummels that had their guns removed and were used up front with the other Hummels for ammo purposes. Same goes for half tracked vehicles. (This does not have to extremely historicaly acurate.) Right now you have to pretty much move the whole formation to reload one vehicle and on some of the large scale maps it pose a problem. You do not want to drive your truck to the front lines. Also could there be a ammo preference option to have certain ammo types loaded first. Panther.

Hello, there are several icons for these, I had made, although I believe most units to match got canned! I made a carrier for the Italians, a turretless L 6/40, the German 252 with trailer was there already, I've added it back in in my own oob's, for use in early StuG formations, this is with the other 'specials' in the Philippines oob for now. Also there is a unarmed M7 type chassis, forget the nomenclature, but it is in icon form at least, also.Once the latest version gets out to all, I will try to find out all the unused icons, and post the numbers for any and all interested for use to make units. ------------------ Mike Amos Meine Ehre Heisst Treue

Looking forward to the new units and new graphics. I *really* wish SPWAW would take one page from SPWW2's book and have 500 (or is it 600?) slots for units, so it'd be easier to create and to get to these juicy if historically rare toys.

Weellll, that goes the other way, I wish they would take a page from our book, and put more icons in their game, so you could actually have the correct icon for all those units!! I can't play that game, as soon as I went to play a Hungarian scenario, and the Zrinyi is using the StuG icon, nuh,uh, ain't gonna go there!! I have had success using the OOB editor by using all the information from any of the M3 US Army half-tracks. In the unit catagory select a new #(216 has worked well) and input all information from the M3 leavingthe carry at 0. Also set the unit type at 56-Ammo Carrier. Be sure to set the cost at a reasonable level(30?) Go to the formations catagory and using a new# near the bottom of the list simply add two of your new amo carriewrs together to make a section. Be careful yo9u set the availability dates properly.
