What point of the Australia and New Zealand commands? Why are the units/bases assigned to them not assigned to ANZAC?

Australia and New Zealand command aren't restricted like ANZAC IIRC.� This is especially useful for moving Aussie and Kiwi air units around the South Pacific.

Another reason for adding the replacement NZ Command was to get the NZ flag back. Having bases in NZ showing the Aussie flag (if the bases were added to ANZAC Command) just didn't look right to me.

Hmmm.... that's showing unusual sensitivity towards the Kiwis from an Aussie...
