I know

Suppose a good thing is by the time i'm 70 I should be able to beat anyone at WiTP

Well, we are under the approach to Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, so something catastrophic could happen... planes go by at about 800-1000' feet - but i can be at the airport terminal in about 5 minutes from where i sit.

Strangely enough, my last job's building was on the approach path to a smallish airport (compared to DFW)... but the airplanes would go over at about 100 feet (coming in to land)... this DID make me nervous... on some days you would hear some little prop jobs passing overhead every 60 seconds (if the wind was in a certain direction).
