Probably not....but the last post was worth it just to see the looks on some peoples faces at the prospect of reading an entire page of this.

Or perhaps I should roll out some Martian propaganda since it seems there is a dearth of brethren at the moment.

And speaking of propaganda, it seems that some brave soul has finally mustered up the courage to expose the lies behind Penguinine propaganda and the truth behind the Penguin Prosperity Sphere.

Stocks and bonds, part 2: Proving the value of expensive professional stock-market expertise...
TradingMarkets - a Web site that provides its subscribers with professional stock-market expertise for as much as $100 a month - in January invites 10 Playboy models to participate in an investing contest.

When results are tallied toward the end of the year, 40 percent of the bunnies deliver better returns than the S&P 500, compared with just 29 percent of actively managed mutual funds.

Another reason to marry a playboy bunny...

49. EnBW - German utility
See, aren't you glad we decided to move the enriched plutonium into the rec room? German utility EnBW admits that its employees lost the keys to the most highly secure areas of its nuclear plant in Philippsburg.

After months of fruitless searching, the company announces plans to change the locks.

Dear Thread Almighty...

This reminds a bit too much of when they decide to store most of the free world's Radium supply in a leaky water tower just outside the city limits of my home town... and of course, massive amounts leaked out (who could have predicted THAT? )

My sister, who lives downwind from the site, was startled one day to see some guy in full Yellow Plastic HazMat radiation garb doing a survey in her (and others) yards - when asked what the heck was going on, he replied "Oh, nothing to get alarmed about..."

That was their story, and they're (still) sticking to it!!

As regards: http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2007/biz2/0701/gallery.101dumbest_2007/11.html

I seem to remember that Blockbuster Online (or whatever the service is that Blockbuster though up to counter Netflix) still does this routinely with free rental coupons for walk-in locations. I never used the service, but Ex had an account and she'd get regular emails with a coupon that you could print and present at the store.

I've seen the email in question. Maybe I'm in an age group that's not old enough to take it seriously, but everyone I know thought it was hillarious. In fact, I bet the players themselves probably found it funny as well.

That the **** is wrong with Europeans?

Sometimes I feel downright grateful that I live in such a puritan country. Everyone knows that sex happens, but keep it indoors please.

It's probably Universal (i.e. - does apply across the entire Universe... )
