I have not played UV in a long time - just reinstalled it with the 2.5 patch. I have played a few
PBEM games in the distant past. I can play either side and will attempt to give you a good game.

Well, no answer from marky. Let's try this then. Senario 19, Japanese - 200%, allies - 120%. You take the side you want and tell me any house rules you want.
