Status: offline 		My first guess was Tromp as well.  The turret is definitely not American, and certainly not from the Omaha.  Her turrets were not flat-faced and the guns are too close together.   That said, there is one guy on the deck with a GI type helmet.  I'd say Tromp after American refit.

According to the caption, the other ship is an American oiler, hence the US personnel in the picture.
