During my latest game as USA - in 1862 the CSA declared eman and LA, TN, GA and AL stood down (I can understand why, my Union boys were whippin' em good ).

If I understand the rules, these states don't produce any income, resourses or troops for the CSA. So, is it even worth continuing the game? Can the CSA hope to survive without 4 states?

I don't know, but if the CSA declares Emancipation WHY are ANY of the CSA States standing down?? Declaring Emancipation should not mean that the CSA States are giving up the war!!!

The USA would still attempt to bring all the seceding States back into the Union and the war would continue.
