can the player use the atomic bomb in the game and see a explosion? what must i do to get the bomb and only the usa get it?

Status: offline 		A-bomb = land attack 9 for heavy bombers

There's no special explosion, but there are special effects as described in the manual, chapter 8.8 (possibility to destroy population points).

Status: offline 		Nope -- I got it with one of the Axis. You will see a little mushroom cloud on a few of the summary screens. Cute.
