Have been following the boards since before the game was released, and bout the game when if first came out. Havent checked as much in the last week or so, but I have seen no post or news of the Matirx home site that the new patch was released, was it? I checked the members area and dont see a patch listed.

A public beta patch has been released.

Look above and you'll see the sub-forum devoted to feedback on the public beta patch (which also has a thread listing all of the changes it contains).
