Sigel had a couple of moments of doing well, and that's all. His main affect was encoraging Americans of German descent and Germans in Europe to support the war. Plus, he was brave. So, maybe a good Leadersip value and everything else as 2's and 3's. I think it is the Leadership value that affects morale and rallies etc., not sure off the top of my head, but you all know anyway what value is what. Chris
