Please carefully note the compositions of these two units and the displayed load values.

Could be 2nd Indian Air Base Force, is just made up of heavier guys.  They can't help it if they're big boned, or maybe it's a glandular problem.

But I would definately sign them up for some extra PT.

After a few turns the 2nd Indian Air Base Force "reverted" to showing the same load values as the 1st.

Did you notice that 2nd Indian Air Base Force has 13 guns
Since when does 4+4+4=13
Perhaps they found a 12" CD gun left behind when HK fell and temporarily adopted it

And ran another turn and its back to the mystery 13 guns and inflated load cost.

There's also a difference of 30 between the 'Other Troops' totals.

I had a look at the save and the 2nd Indian unit has a device#17 (8in/55 Mk 9 Gun) in location 20 of the weapon table.
This being a loadcost of 9999 probably explains the strange values.
Have a look at the LCU (unit number 3484)for the scenario with the Editor and see if anything funny is in slot 20 of the weapon list.

Its a stock 15 scenario.  If there's anything funny there, its there is the release version.
