Under Vista Home Premium with an Nvidia 7300GS with 256 Mb RAM, Latest driver 158.18 I am getting the screen flash white in part of the display when scrolling around the map.

Same problem here - big white glitches when the game scrolls. Very annoying.

I don't have Vista myself, but came across this in the readme file

'In Vista™ if you experience an issue with the scrolling refresh during the game please go to the Properties of each shortcut and put a check in the box next to “Disable desktop composition” to resolve this issue'.

Maybe this helps
