IIRC, Rogue lives pretty close to here (the Money Pit...)

I'm in east Texas...we just get all your weather leftovers...

Whereabouts in East Texas? (i have relatives there...)

Tyler

Ah - never been there (yet) - my relatives (by marriage) are around Nachidoches...

I moved here from Nacogdoches...took me a while to figure out how to spell it too...

Well, I was just woken up out of a sound sleep about 20 minutes ago by a cell phone call. When I looked at the phone in a half awake daze I thought it was my son (who never calls at 6AM so I am thinking "What has happenned now!?"). I hit redial and the person on the other end doesn't speak English. I look at the number on the display again and on the phone number in the exchange the first number was the same as my son's last 2 digits were reversed from his number and in the 4 digit part there were 2 numbers in the same sequence as his.

Consequently, I am now wide awake before 7AM on a Saturday.

So as part of this, before I realize whoever called is not my son, I leave a message on my son's phone. He calls back at about 10:45 and says to his mother, "Okay, what have I done wrong now? If you guys leave a message on my phone at 6AM, I must have done something wrong."

It no fun not having T here to correct your spelling

Or, to be sensible for a moment: The BBC coverage of the Falklands 25 event in London. I'm off to London to visit 'Lizzie

We now return you to your usual service...

Post food shopping and stuff buying tithe. Does anyone besides me think that IKEA is a magical and wonderful place where little fairies hide behind every corner?

That doesnt quite sound real. Then again, I thought Perth Amboy was a myth until I saw it.....and smelled it.

Tell her I said wazzzup. And I hope you have more sense than our president to wait until she sits at the dinner table before you plop your own butt down.

Have too! In fact, literally all my furniture is from there. Luckily for me, when I was assembling it, I had my now ex to translate the instructions.

If it really is the white supremacists, would it be possible to throw them in a river and see if they float?

Or just throw them in the jail cell with some black guys...see how long their rhetoric lasts then.

I'll always remember Nachidoches from the John Wayne movie Big Jake, where he picks a fight with a guy and gets beat up bad...then stops the guy by saying "have you ever been to Nacedoches?"
