Dang rain isn't going to let up i guess i got to go run on a treadmill(which i realy hate doing).

Hot & muggy in Boston but no rain. I think I'd welcome some right now.

I was in Springfield with the family on Sunday and Monday so I know what you mean about the heat. Downright brutal.

It was worth a 3 1/2 hour drive to see my son jumping up and down when he saw the Thomas the Train rides at the Six Flags there.

The heat's certainly on the "sweaty" side right now.

Dang - the Thomas the Train ride is my favorite too!

Glad to hear you & your family enjoyed the trip to my (adopted) home state.

Indeed it is. Maybe the weather will hold off long enough for me to get home. IIRC the forecast is for more rain tomorrow

The summer has arrived Does anyone else think that global warming is broken?

I was at a wedding on Saturday. It rained before the wedding, stopped for the service and the photos, then chucked it down during the reception and speeches.
Going OT for a moment, it was probably one of the better weddings I've been to. I was best man for my younger brother, and I managed to write a large 'L' & 'R' on his shoes, on the opposite feet for added comedy

Yeah, and that kind of sucks. Haven't been able to go out for a hike in weeks due to the bloody weather, don't mind getting rained on when I'm already out walking but its a bit to much to actually start..

Think i'm getting cabin fever!
