I stumbled across this website. It appears to be a
Japanese company that makes pc wargames. Has anyone
ever heard of them or played their games? Do they
make English language versions? They may be junk
for all I know (I cant read Japanese),
but just looking at the maps and
graphics left me highly curious. They look like bonafide
wargames. If anyone can offer more insight I would love
to hear more about these games.

Here are some more screenshots from the game they call
GroBDeutschland. It appears it could be a grand strategic
game like Clash of Steel,HOI or Strategic Command.

Its an odd combination of arabic and chinese letters/signs that maybe indicates the beginning of a localization process. We can only hope. I am tired of HoI.

What Arabic? I couldn't tell Chinese from Japanese (which I assume it is), but there is no Arabic there.

I did find a long interview where the designer
talks about this particular game GrossDeutschland2 (GD2).
Unfortunately its in Japanese so I ran it through the babelfish
translator. It makes for interesting reading if you
can find the time to run this link through the babelfish
translator.
Japanese Language Interview

Heres a few babelfish translated excerpts. He talks
about dam busting missions...production of tanks vs. self
propelled guns.Attempting to destroy bridges with V2 rockets
(Like at Remagen). Using special weapons like the Mistletoe.

Makes it "seem" like a detailed game.

It could be a crap game but theres always the 1 percent chance
its the next Panzer General. I think PG started out as a Japanese
design.
