If it doesn't come out in early July, there will be a great wailing and gnashing of teeth on this forum.

If we don't hear some solid news by this Mon/Tue, I think we can safely figure that matrix won't make it by the 4th. As long as it is relesed within the next two weeks, I will retain my composure.

As for today, this minute, very much so.  I going to guess second to third week in July as long as nothing come up.

This is planned to be the first release after Origins, it's just a matter of how many days it takes us to recover from the convention...

I hereby forbid all alchohol consumption at Origins, in order to facilitate the game's release.

I'm betting on a release for middle of next week. This should give the Matrix peeps plenty of time to recover from their Origins Bacchanalia.

We're very close, unfortunately half the company came back from Origins sick so that has delayed thing slightly.

I know how you feel. I was on vacation all last week and spent half of it in or near a restroom.

Obviously, they ignored my strict instructions to avoid all contact with grain and grape.
They must take a stiff drink, suck it up, and do their duty for the war cause.

Get well soon Matrix folks. Hope it wasn't that awful Norovirus... not dangerous, just tons of puking for 24 hours!

Clearly the bugs causing this are supporters of the dastardly Hun, making an effort to delay our offensives - get them up against the wall!

Seriosuly though, hope everyone gets well soon...

On the contrary, this is an obvious scheme created by the weak and fearful Entente powers, in order to delay the inevitable thrashing that they are soon to receive from the wronged Central powers.

"Gas! Gas! Quick, boys! –  An ecstasy of fumbling,
Fitting the clumsy helmets just in time;
But someone still was yelling out and stumbling,
And flound'ring like a man in fire or lime . . .
Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light,
As under a green sea, I saw him drowning.
In all my dreams, before my helpless sight,
He plunges at me, guttering, choking, drowning."

Describing WWI... or the Matrix offices?  Bonus points if you can tell me, with such zest, what this is from.

Based on Dave's condition, you might assume a gas attack, but fortunately Greg is now improving and the rest of us are pretty much well. I should have more info for you all on Monday.

Awesome. I screwed my lappy up so I'm re-installing Windows this weekend. No games will be loaded though in preparation for this.

Bring it!!!!!!

Perish the thought! I am at such a peak of anticipation, that I fear for my mental health if there is any more delay.

I wonder if they're waiting for an August release. Half the team getting sick at once, at Origins sounds kinda fishy.<g>

Just an FYI. I'll give the AI a few shots but I'm really looking forward to some PBEM matches against you guys. Anyone game for a serious beat-down?

Not having read the forum in depth, how similar is the game going to be to the board game?
Either way, I will definitely buy this one, but I was just wondering.
