I'm making myself a mini-mod...and I want to combine Tinian and Saipan in one hex, and make the former Tinian Hex into a Rota island hex. However i'm having trouble finding information on the net about what the base values should be (AF and Port sizes) at the start of the war for Rota Is. Also curious as to how much of Rota was built up by the japanese during the war. Anyone care to enlighten me on what i should make the base values?...and what they should max out to?

According to World War II Pacific Island Guide, A Geo-Military Study by Rottman, Rota has only minor Japanese installations prior to the war. The book actually says very little about the island. It is about the same deminsion as Saipan, but contained no major installations.

Edit: It also mentioned that Pagan had very minor installations.

From these one might infer that starting facilities for Rota should equal Pagan, but they might be constructed to the same size as Saipan. Unfortunately the book doesn't talk about the geography of that particular island so I don't know if there is anything unique that would prevent facility construction.
