Hi, I was playing this game for almost 3,5 game years when an error with the AI occured on Feb, 12th 1943. With 102 units I'm at war with every nation but Ireland, Switzerland and Turkey, my troops are massing deep in the Russian steppes, the British troops are reduced to a couple of vessels north of Eire... the only problem is: as soon as I finish my turn, the AI seems to collapse. I've tried to reload my turn a couple of times, even changed a few movements or combats in the last minute, but still the same problem. The AI won't finish his movement orders and what looks really strange, although convoi calculations (silver screen frame) seem to work well, is that the minimap suddenly (after the screen frame color changes from silver to olive green) shows a part of the main map with an overlay of small blue and red dots (the postions of my units) and the hourglass cursor icon won't change anymore. The mini-map display returns to normal view after I alt+tab out of the programm and returnd to it, but the hourglass remains busy. The software seemed to hang up itsself either. Is there anything known about this 'bug' ? It would be a real mess to start over with the game after spending 12 or more hrs of game time... :( Btw, the PC is an Intel Core2 6600 with 2 GB Ram and 2 1950xtx Asus Crossfire cards - enough to play 2 games simultaneously. therefore I doubt the error results from any hardware troubles. Kind regards, The Nephilim
