I noticed in the unittext file that there are several references to "Special Rules" and a "PB#2 text." Most of these are new units (naval, sniper, pontoon ferries, recce aircraft and boats). What is the PB#2 text and where might I find these "Special Rules"? Thanks for any help.

PB#2 was an expansion that a number of the units were to be included in prior the release of the Matrix Edition.

The Special Rules will, hopefully, be explained in 1.03.
