Hey Paul, I just put it in each game directory I want to mod, then you run it, close it, it makes a folder MODS, and a backup folder inside that. To mod, you make a folder inside the mods folder called in my case, Spain, then a PICTURES folder inside Spain, to match the way CS is, put your files in the Spain folder, edit away! The beauty is you don't even mess with the stock files, when you run JSGME each time and pick your mod from the pane on the left, it auto-backups everything, you can check things quick, then revert and keep editing!! I love this proggy!! Mike
