Status: offline 		Im playing as the Axis, and am curious how i build transports. I see no option to build them. Thanks for any help.

Status: offline 		When a unit is adjacent to one of your ports you click on the circled arrow symbol (right beside the rail move symbol).

It converts it into a transport/amphib
