Hi
Is it possible to play CoI in LAN whitout being connectet to the internet ? As far as I can see, there is nothing about LAN in the "Multiplayer" section ingame

yes

each PC on the LAN has an IP Address

The client types in the hosts IP address (10.1.1.5 or 192.***.***.***)

Both players must choose Internet TCP/IP first.
