Hi. I downloaded v4 (with a snail pace connection). Unfortunately, it reports "decompression errors (#6)" when it gets up to a file called 1017.wav and continues giving errors from there.

Any help?

Sounds like the file got corrupted in download...unfortunately it occasionally happens. The file is good as the number of successful installs atests, but a few percent of the time, line noise or other problems can muck things up.
