Started a solo league project called the Metro Football League using MF2. You can read about it and even follow along at my site. Just click on the link below...

DreamTeams, thats fantastic. Good looking website and I really like the fictional twist you put on the entire league. Different, yet every bit as interesting.

This is why I love Max Football so much. Im not an NFL hater, but its been(being)done, I like the what ifs.

DreamTeams,

Great site. Did creating the uniforms take long or did you use someone else's fictional uniforms? I think you may have inspired me to give something like this a try.

Nice set up. When you create your superstars, do you let the draft dictate where they go or do you place them in teams?

I've been toying with the idea of a solo league using fictional teams from FBMax whose uniforms I like. The 63 uniform set from garysorrell got me thinking about it.

To KyzPB:

Yes, it took a little while to create a few of the uniforms but I kept them basic and traditional. I used various means to create the uniforms. Some I created from scratch. Others I use previously created uniforms as a base and customized them from there. Still others I used the plain generic uniform templates as a base.

To BigSmooth:

Currently for this inaugural season I placed the stars on teams. These are fictional names of players I've collected over the years from the various fictional football leagues I'd created over the years. Now it's all concentrated in the Metro Football League. But, from here on out my plan is to let the draft dictate where my super-stars end up.

Thanks for the replies guys and the positive feedback.

Looks great DreamTeams!

I like some of the teams you are using there. Any chance you could zip up the uni's and send them to FBMax? I am sure others would like that as well. :)

Hmmm... good question bopboppop,

I'm only 3 weeks into the season, but I'd have to say the current MVP is a HB that plays for the Metropolis Monarchs named James Sears. He has rushed for 321 yards and 2 TD's and has made 14 catches for 239 yards and 5 TD's.

Dream,

I think you're doing an excellent job on this league and especially the website. I have to admit I was pulling for the Colonials but they don't seem to be doing too well.

Keep it up. Your league did inspire me to do one of my own but because of work and family it's been slow going. Only 2 teams done but it's been fun.

Erick

That's fantastic KyzPB. Glad the league has inspired you give it a go. Keep at it and take your time. In the end you'll have a league just the way you want.

Week 6 results have been updated.

The St. Patrick Keltics are the spotlight team.

Who finally took down the Monarchs? (Check the 'scores' page to see.)

Actually, Dunberry won this week, Marauders. They collected a 21-10 victory over the Muskateers. They sit atop the East. Thought you'd be happy to know that.

They have a huge test comming up in week 7 as they'll face the high flying Spartans head on.

I see, they lost to Cape City the week prior.

I was too busy with hooligan activities to notice the score. The Cape City backers aren't so tough!
