As I posted in another thread, it looks very likely that we'll be able to release tomorrow both the Battleground Civil War and Battleground Napoleonic Wars collections. These will be priced at $29.99 each for the download copies, but we will also be offering combo bundles that allow you to buy both at the same time for a combined $10 discount, which will make them effectively $24.99 each or about $50 for both.

We consider these to be good long-lasting comprehensive collections of these games, with up to date installers, updated code that works on Windows Vista (as well as still going as far back as Windows 98) and for the boxed copies printed manuals as well. They've also been updated to take up less space on your drive so that each collection fits on a single installation CD.

We've just updated the Games pages again on these and I'll post here tomorrow as soon as they are available for sale. If all goes well, that will probably be around 5-6pm US Eastern time.

Thanks for your patience everyone, it's about to be rewarded.

Regards,

- Erik

Great news. Does the Napoleonic bundle include Age of Sail as well?

Thanks Erik!

Will there be a hard copy version, or just digital download?

Just download initially - we are working on the boxed copies, they should be available in 3-4 weeks due to a backlog of printing delays we are working through.

Bought the both collections deal.

Just downloaded and installed OK. Looks great, as it always did ! Only question is since it`s been so long did Gettysburg not have background music ? none there and no option for it in the menue ?
