Right now, it can only be purchased as a download - I am waiting for it to be available as "physical"? If this is not going to occur please let me know and I'll just do the download version, otherwise when is it going to be available physically?

My understanding is there will be a box with manual available sometime in mid-December. If you check in the Battleground threads, it's discussed somewhere.
