Status: offline 		Having just read a thread below about the slowness of response from the technical support address I thought I would post the text of an e-mail I have just sent here as well:

"I have just purchased Battleground Napoleonics War (Order Number: 1636155836) but cannot unzip the file. I am getting a CRC error message.

Urgent help appreciated.

Status: offline 		I think you have to donwload the file again the file you got is corrupted. My recomendation is that you donwload it again
