If you're experiencing the follwing then please try the items beside the "+" and let me know the results:

1. Screen resolution issues (Intro picture not taking the whole screen up).
+ Try manually changing the screen res to 1024 x 768
+ Try executing the program by dbl-clicking the EiANW.EXE program in the EiANW dir.

2. Errors such as (Cannot save game options, game options screen empty of options) or
cannot write to game function file.
+ Try executing the program by dbl-clicking the EiANW.EXE program in the EiANW dir.

Status: offline 		Dego, we have a thread for that problem. Started by me, it is called "Screen Messes up when loading." Go there and post a dxdiag to add your name to the list.

If this resolves the issue for anyone, could you please post to tell us if you were previously launching it from the Game Menu link or the Quick Start link (i.e. which one). Thanks.
