I saw several times that, if a force has lost mor than 2.0 morale, NO MILITIA has been taken as losses. Even if ther wasn't any other possibility.

An example: 3rd round in a land combat, my opponent (starting with 2+ morale) has left 7i, 14M and 1C. In the third round I break him, scoring 11 casalities. When I start pursuit, there are still 14M left.

I recon this is, because the computer knows that no militia may take any casualities after losing 2+ morale. This is basically correct. But only if there are other units present that can take the losses. If there is only militia left, militia has to tke all the remaining casualities.
