The situation: spain and GB are allies, GB I corps is loaned to Spain. GB II Corps is NOT loaned to spain. Both are in london.

Spanish fleet in london tries to load troops and is offered BOTH the I and II corps as possibilities to load.

According to the manual, II corps should not be eligible despite being the corps of an ally because it is not loaned. Moreover, even if this were as designed, it enables a cheat because the corps unloads in the SPANISH land phase (because it is a spanish fleet) but does not have to forage because once unloaded, the game recognizes this as a British unit (which does not have to forage during the spanish land phase) and thus gets free supply.

I am not sure if this happeded because the I and II corps were in the same area, or whether this would happen to any allied corps.
