I sort of prefer it that way and am not inclined to change that aspect. Shaun So that explains a lot, but brings me to another question- it does not wait before considering players for election, but does it have a limit as to how LONG they will be considered? Also, now that I see these guidelines were chosen deliberately, I have no issue with them. I was the one who assumed they mirrored the MLB. quote:

Or maybe a "Just missed screen" for folks that almost made it but did not get in? Shaun I agree with Wrath here. I would prefer a "Just Missed" screen over the ability to manually input players. I know that I personally would not INTENTIONALLY favor my players over those from other teams simply because they are mine. However, I confess that I don't keep as close tabs with other players as I do my own, so I may not recognize someone else's great career performances as quickly as one of my own guys (or perhaps even notice them at ALL). -FS
