Situation, I am the Japs and my Allied Opponut Bombed my Airfield in Ragoon (w/ like 200 LB-30's which is BS) however I started moving my damaged fighters from Ragoon to Bangkok and Walla the next turn my Squadron in Bangcock went up to 36 pilots and the fragment in Ragoon went up to 36 pilots, a few repaired I transfered a couple and poof teh next turn Bangcock squadron had 72 and Ragoon has 36 more, needless to say I have several squadrons over strength with pilots, though the originals are elilte the remaining are green, so is this like a gift I can just sit here and train this squadron to make a ton of crack pilots and then just withdraw the squadron to send the pilot back into the pool and walla I have like 600 experienced pilots in pool at teh end of 43, or will they never train and I am stuck with a crap load of pilots assigned to that squadron, I have like 10 army and navy fighter squadrons like this

If I'm reading your post correctly I believe what is happening is that you have replacements on and you are moving the parent unit from one base to another.  Sometimes what happens is that a majority of pilots stay behind with the fragment (for reasons unknown to me) and the parent unit draws replacements to fill out the unit.  Wallah!  When the squadron is reformed you have too many pilots.

I don't know if I would call that a gift.  More likely an unintended feature and a possible exploit, but yeah that's the way it works.

I don't think 200 bomber raids against major bases at the end of 43 is BS.

Am having same problems in my hot seat game with my father. It seems that some of my more badly damaged (higher number of planes destroyed/shot down) groups have had the 3 of pilots go up by half or double in size.

Am playing as Japanese in slightly modified stock grand campaign. Dad has noted more pilots than needed on the allied side as well.
