I'm thinking it's probably John Eldredge, aka JWE...

[JWE] bargin in here – hey ! it’s my freakin computer.

The group is composed of mostly serving Marines and Naval officers. We use the game to look at possibilities. I write scenarios, with major input from the professionals, and we play them out. It is in the nature of a CPX exercise.

[Jeremy] Yes, it is that and more. It is also fun and thought provoking. A good intellectual exercise for the dog days between deployments.

Any chance you could share some of the scenarios with the forum members? I had to ask.

Welcome aboard. I'm also one of John's sidekicks, but on the ship art side.

Are these modern senarios or historical? Sounds very interesting.

Thank you for your service to our great country!

Might be a figmant of John's imagination...or he could be real...

Probably should give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Just kidding...welcome to the nuthouse!

Each day, being retired, and returning from some volunteering at the local animal care center I turn on the computer to find out what your latest question is only to find very few new one's....Is it that sad day when you have learned to play the game with enough skill you have no more questions?? I wish I could say that. There are times I think I am actually regressing LOL. I still think the book is a great idea with or with out permission of those involved.

I wish he was a figment sometimes. He races sailboats too, and I see his transom on too many legs to feel comfy whenever he's around.

people who tend to be up more on themselves tend to not see themselves as THEY think they are not as others see them. I am always a bit leery of people like you seem to be that hold themselves in a greater light than they do others. What makes you so special? do you really think your better than others. If so you have my pity because there is very little anyone can do for such a person, except themselves
