"Out of Sequence" errors seem excessive to me. I don't think any of my three games has gotton through a monthly turn without at least one occurence. Curious how often others' PBEM games fare.

In the 5 games I have been in only 2 ever had an out of sequence error. We have had a few backups to replace players and some from people not having switched over to the beta fixes but they were all expected.

Our most recent attempt we have been very careful and have had no out of sequence errors; however many other weirdnesses have been going on (teleporting corps, detached leaders, wrong movement cost calculations).

Ah I spoke too soon!

Now our game just ran into a very bizarre error. Everyone moves for April 1805, then suddenly after Spain's land move it's France land combat again! Apparently he has to decide whether to sortie or not! So he does, then suddenly it's Russia's land move again........?

Pretty sure the game is fubared now.

I have no experience with the PBEM functionality, but this does not sound like an error to me.

Spain tried to assault a city that France is holding and the resulting roll gives France the chance to Sortie with his garrison.

I believe you can preset the orders for the garrison to Sortie or not, like you can preset chit choise options for corps.

Best Regards,

Joshua
