Hi, playing my 1st game, basic with a few additions, but i cant buy any camps! How do i buy em?

I don't think there are camps in the basic rules -- there's a fixed amount of replacements for both the US/CS each turn.

Hookton, you'll be able to build camps once you play with the Advanced rules, until then the US gets 8,000 replacements per turn and the CSA gets 4,000 replacements per turn.
