Gents, the cruiser that we had lost according to Jap propaganda was a mine layer coming back from Midway. So we highly recommend you, do not listen to the enemy. As for today, we are slowly strenghtening the bases around PH. Troops , supplies, fuel is being shipped towards Palmyra, Johnston, Midway, Christmas Island. We still don't know where the Jap Carriers are but I think Dixie is going to strike soon. I don't have any idea where but I suppose he is going to attack one or more of the mentioned earlier bases and the shipping that takes place in the perimiter. SW Pacific is quiet. Not much happens over there. Dixie is still fighting at Kavieng but our boys are not allowing him to capture th e base. Even his BBs didn't help his forces. Now, my all time favourite Java region Situation is as we can see on the picture, more supplies should reach the island tommorow and the 13th Australian Brigade should reach the place in the next 2-3 days. In the Malaya Johore Bahru fell to the hands of the enemy... Ground combat at Johore Bahru Japanese Deliberate attack Attacking force 28043 troops, 101 guns, 56 vehicles, Assault Value = 563 Defending force 5354 troops, 45 guns, 2 vehicles, Assault Value = 91 Japanese engineers reduce fortifications to 0 Japanese max assault: 382 - adjusted assault: 562 Allied max defense: 90 - adjusted defense: 45 Japanese assault odds: 12 to 1 (fort level 0) Japanese forces CAPTURE Johore Bahru base !!! Allied aircraft no flights Allied aircraft losses Wirraway: 3 destroyed Japanese ground losses: 371 casualties reported Guns lost 2 Allied ground losses: 422 casualties reported Guns lost 12 Vehicles lost 1 That's all folks....
