When using the Bow & Stern Chasers Optional Rule, when you switch to the bow & stern chaser guns after firing a broadside, they are unloaded and you must wait while they load before firing. In reality, they would have been loaded well before they are first needed.

Worse, if you then switch back to the main batteries after firing the chasers, they are now unloaded even though loaded when you switched to the chasers.

This behaviour leaves this optional rule unplayable; can it be fixed?
