Status: offline 		Why does infantry not get a 5 or 10 ap discount for moving on road hexes?
Horses get a 5 ap reduction, any other ground units 10 ap reduction.

Only infantry has 30 in plain terrain, road hexes and most other terrain types like heavy forest too.
