ORIGINAL: BrucePowers Tom, where did these cards come from? Well, I'm not totally sure I can answer that. They were a set that I ordered as a kid in the '70s. A package of 15-20 cards would arrive via mail each month. The initial shipment came with a plastic case/display holder to place all the cards in as they were recieved. Subdividers were included to separate the cards into their major colored categories: War At Sea, War In The Air, Politics & Strategy, Home Front and Economics, Personalities, The Secret War, Weapons, Life & Times, Occupied Territories, Crimes of War, Military Heirarchy, and Combined Operations. You could also sort the cards by Date, Tactical level, Flag, or by Map icons printed on each card. The only information that I can see on the cards is a copyright mark, Edito-Service S.A., Geneva Printed in Italy. Ooh, now I can go do research on the internet
