As this game moves incredibly slowly in PBEM,

Looking to start a game with 6 others...
1.01 needed.

Importantly need to be in eastern or central time zones, so game can progress more rapidly, with ~24 hour turnover, and allowing another country (ally) or friend to run during holidays and vacations.

A host is needed. I am already hosting.

Suggested Options :
Winter Land Movement +
Guard Commit +
Allow PBEM Host +
Allow Option Changes during the game +
Third Party battle resolution -
PBEM passwords - this is a waste of time.
Econ Manip +
GB/FR War +
Leader Cas -
Priv +
PBEM Quick -
Strait control +
Manche crossing arrow +

House rule :
UK and FR can only have uncondionnal surrender; FRANCE must take 2 fleets, nelson
England must take Napoleon

Minor countries:
Any controlling country cannot use fleet/corp against any country NOT declaring on minor (or at war with minor) until war is lapsed or minor conquered.
Cannot declare with intention of lapsing to give to another.
Cannot scuttle controlled nation fleets if 0% chance of winning.
Loaning corp: may only loan corp if both loaner and loanee are at war with ALL of opponents; otherwise, maximum of 20 factors can be loaned (30 if turkey is loaning).

Email sent. I would be interested if there are slots open. I do not think I am computer savy enough to host through.

You should include the controller cant use the minor nations forces to attack other major powers, during same period.
Nor may other major powers attack the minor during  just because they at war with controller.

We have you, me, (bresh hasn't said if he's in but posted--and I don't know what time zone he's in), and roose, and possibly one other who hasn't told me his time zone...so we need 3-4 more.

The only reason for time zone, is that the game will take much much longer if we wait for battles to take place 1 day per round of combat...which would happen with different time zones.

Everyone else could go 1 week without even getting to do 1 phase of their country.

SO I am suggesting sticking to the time zone rule.

Then I suppose it is up to the original requestor...i'm not sure why it still wouldn't take a couple of days per combat, but i'm still a rookie

In PBEM, battle files need to be exchanged, at least 1 file per round of combat.  If I send a file, (at the night time of the opponent), then he wakes up, notes the battle file, then sends it (during my night time), then it has taken 1 full day for the round of combat.
