You can do a lot with even Microsoft Paint... what are you wanting on the banner (aside from what is there)?

A good and free choice would be "paint.net" or "gimp". Both very easy to use.

I've tried to use paint...it worked!! a friend of mine showed me how to use image-hack...great!

I find this banner funny...but i'd like to have some feedbacks about the "politically correct"...i would not like to hurt the sensitivity of anybody, so any feedback is welcome!!

No problem, after all the 'Yank' isn't drinking all the beer.

Propaganda technique #4, funny I've never seen this one used against the Axis, you know the Italian solider in North Africa, with the German soldier in Italy chasing all those Italian women. It's always the 'Yank', how did we get so overrated.
Did all the Axis powers use the same Propaganda writer????


But isn't all propaganda suppose to be "politically incorrect"?????
